(SAN ANTONIO, TX December 2, 2019) - Aspire Allergy & Sinus continues their growth by adding their newest physician to the team, Dr. Kirk Waibel. Dr. Waibel will be overseeing all clinical responsibilities in the San Antonio area and will add his wisdom and insight to the practice's allergy testing and treatment solutions.
"We're very excited to add Dr. Waibel to our growing team," said Dr. Chris Thompson of Aspire Allergy & Sinus. "He has a tremendous amount of experience and will play a significant role in us bringing our new procedure, ExACT Immunoplasty℠, to San Antonio residents.
Dr. Waibel joins the team after 22 years of service in the United States Army, his most recent role being the Chief of Allergy Service at Brooke Army Medical Center and the Allergy Consultant to the Army Surgeon General. Dr. Waibel also served as the Chief of Allergy as well as the Medical Director for telemedicine for Regional Health Command Europe. He strives to push the boundaries of allergy care and is very excited for the future advances in allergy treatment as more options become available.
