Introducing allergenic foods to your baby can feel overwhelming. First Bite Fridays gives parents a safe, medically supervised environment to introduce new foods with confidence — guided by allergy specialists every step of the way.

Research shows that introducing allergenic foods early — when developmentally appropriate — may help lower the risk of developing food allergies later on.
