Program Details

You and your baby may benefit from this program if you feel nervous introducing allergenic foods, there is a family history of allergies, you want medical supervision for first exposures, or you want expert feeding guidance.

Age Requirements

Infants 4-12 months old.

Cost Details

  • $100 - First food introduction
  • $75 - Each additional food

(Self-pay only; payment due at time of service)

If you have an EpiPen, feel free to bring it, but families do not need an epinephrine prescription prior to the visit.

Is insurance accepted?

First Bite Fridays is a self-pay program to keep scheduling simple and accessible. The cost for the first appointment is $100 and every subsequent appointment is $75.

  • A hungry but comfortable baby
  • The food you plan to introduce
  • Comfort items (blanket, toy, etc.)
