Dr. Thompson and his staff went above and beyond to make my procedure day a seamless experience. Everyone was warm and welcoming, thoroughly explained the process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. They couldn’t have made for a better experience if they tried!
They are outstanding. I really appreciate Dr. Thompson and his staff. He was able to identify my sinus issue along with allergies to finally give me some relief. He's the first doctor I have had to help identify the problem and address it. I have gone through years of trying to deal with this. Thank you a million times over Dr. Thompson!
This was the first surgery I ever had and was very nervous about being put under due to a childhood accident where I was knocked unconscious and experienced a very weird event. But Dr. Thompsons Team did an excellent job before I knew what happened the surgery was over and I woke up. So along with correcting my sinus problems, they may have resolved my phobia of being put under as well.
Just had Turbinate Reduction with Dr. Thompson. The team there is great! They are very friendly and chatted with me while prepping for the procedure - answered any and all questions I had. The procedure was nice and quick; Dr. Thompson explained most of the steps as he did them and regularly asked me if anything hurt so he could stop and add more numbing. 3 minutes for the procedure, in and out in about 15 total.
