Dr. Anand earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and German from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. She completed medical courses at the University of Heidelberg and prerequisite classes at Arizona State University and Grand Canyon University. She earned her medical degree at The George Washington University before completing her internship in internal medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. She then completed her training in allergy and immunology at National Jewish Health in Denver, Colorado.
She is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, American College of Physicians, and is the president of the Arizona Medical Association. Dr. Anand was on the Super Doctors® List in AZ Magazine from 2012-2014 and was awarded the Top Doc by Phoenix Magazine in 2010, 2016 -17.
