Fidel El-Aya, PA-C

Fidel El-Aya, PA-C earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University and also holds both a Master of Science in Health Education and a Bachelor of Science in Health from Texas A&M University. 

Fidel has extensive experience in emergency medicine, having most recently practiced at Baylor Scott & White Sunnyvale before joining the Aspire team. His training includes rotations in family medicine, internal medicine, surgery, and emergency care. He is experienced in evaluating and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions and interpreting diagnostic studies including imaging, and laboratory findings.

Before transitioning into medicine, Fidel worked as a high school science teacher and soccer coach, where he developed a passion for education, communication, and mentorship. Today, he brings those same skills into his clinical practice, helping patients feel informed and confident in their care.
