Self-Scheduling with the Patient Portal
Aspire Allergy & Sinus is pleased to introduce a new feature to our Patient Portal: with the self-scheduling tool, our existing patients are now able to view and manage their upcoming appointments, and schedule follow-up appointments too!
What Kind of Appointments Can I Self-Schedule?
Currently, our Patient Portal supports self-scheduling for the following appointment types:
- Allergy follow-up appointments
- Asthma follow-up appointments
- Sinus follow-up appointments
- Allergy shot (SCIT) injection appointments
How Do I Access the Self-Scheduling Tool?
First, navigate to our patient portal.
At the login screen, enter your login credentials. If you forgot your user name or password, click the "I forgot my user name and/or passowrd" link and follow the prompts to reset it.
Once successfully logged in, you will be taken to your patient dashboard. From here you can view messages, see your past and future appointments, scheule an appointment, manage your prescriptions, request health records, or pay your bill. It's now all in one convenient place!
To schedule your follow-up or injection appointment, click the "Schedule An Appointment" icon. You will see a list of past and future appointments, and a button to "Start Scheduling". Click the button to begin:
From there, the scheduling tool will ask you to choose a location...
...Choose a provider at that location...
...and select an appointment type:
Next, the tool will show you the earliest available dates and times for your appointment. Select the date and time you want from the options available:
Finally, you will enter your insurance information...
...and finally, confirm all of your details are correct.
And that's it! You can avoid unnecessary phone calls and hold times for booking future appointments. We hope this tool will make your experience with Aspire Allergy & Sinus even better. What If I Need To Cancel An Upcoming Appointment?
Things change, and we understand. If your upcoming appointment is more than 24 hours away, you can cancel it using the self-scheduling tool. Simply navigate to your appointments page, and select the option from the drop-down menu and hit "Submit" to cancel.
If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, please call us.
Remember, there may be a fee for no-show appointments or for appointments cancelled on short notice. Please let us know as soon as possible if your needs change.
